Welcome. First things first. I am an educator in Nashville TN. My primary function is as the Program Coordinator for the Multimedia Design Concentration at Nashville State Community College where I am developing a Associate in Applied Arts degree program in Multimedia Design. In addition to my program development duties, I develop online and traditional training courses and teach both in the classroom and online (in the areas of multimedia and web design). This web site is a portal for my projects and is my digital home base for now, although plans for this site, in a commercial sense, are in the works.
This site is being updated to run under the Joomla Content Management System. Until the time arrives that I get my template up and running, please help yourself to browsing through my graduate projects (listed in the navigation bar). My M.Ed. in is in eLearning Technology and Design. For my graduate project I created a 10-week online course in basic Adobe Flash. The link to that course is above and is free.
The other link is to the analysis of that course. It is discusses in detail the criteria for the graduate project and how the project satisfies that criteria. It is a solid resource for the learning theory and current practices behind eLearning design and implementation.
